POLK COUNTY COURT
Arturo Calderon-Rivera pled guilty May 2 to assault in the fourth degree, strangulation, menacing and two counts of physical harassment. He was sentenced to eight months in jail.
George Allen Beckworth pled guilty May 2 to felony driving under the influence of intoxicants and recklessly endangering another person. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison for DUII and 12 months in prison for reckless endangerment.
Tyler Mayfield pled guilty May 1 to sex abuse in the second degree and was sentenced to 36 months probation, sex offender treatment, 160 hours of community service and restitution. Mayfield spent 52 days in jail prior to his plea hearing.
Michael Hedrick pled guilty April 29 to delivery of marijuana for consideration. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, drug treatment and 104 hours of community service. Hedrick had spent 36 days in the Polk County Jail prior to his plea hearing.
Jessica Ott pled guilty April 29 to delivery of methamphetamine and was sentenced to six months in jail, $390 in court fees and two years post-prison supervision.
Felipe Amescua-Ochoa pled guilty April 29 to identity theft and was sentenced to six months supervisory authority (prison) with one year post-prison supervision.
Rolando Charles pled guilty April 4 to failure to carry/present a license and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Jeremy Coolbaugh pled guilty April 4 to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 18 months probation with 30 days in jail.
