On Dec. 21, officers arrested Cassandra Maughan, 27, Buswell's girlfriend, on charges of first-degree robbery and first-degree theft.

Dallas detectives found that though Maughan had not been in the bar at the time of the robbery, she assisted Buswell in committing the crimes, which resulted in the theft and robbery charges against her.

The robbery occurred at about 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 20. According to police, a man brandishing a pistol came into the bar demanding money. Tony's staff complied with his demands and he fled the bar with an undisclosed amount of cash.
